RT Patient Experience

This interactive experience is designed to improve health literacy and general procedural understanding of the radiation therapy simulation process. In particular the VR module helps to decrease anxiety and claustrophobia in patients who need to have a radiation therapy thermoplastic mask made. This is facilitated by replicating the procedure in a guided and interactive approach, similar to what a patient would experience in the real world.
